After starting this Goal Setting Productivity Journey and figuring out what works and what doesn't...I realized that I put the same goal every year and thought, I should put this on a separate list.
This is true of your Monthly, Weekly and Daily Goal list but that can be overwhelming so let's break it down with some questions:
Look back at your New Year's resolution/Goals list and see what if you see it come up every year?
Ask yourself why it comes up every year?
Can I categorize my goals into the following?
Health/Fitness
Relationship (love, family, friends, etc)
Business/Career
Finances
Spiritual/Self care
Self Improvement/Personal Life Style
Retirement
Rank or Rate the priority of the Goals and why it is important to focus for the year at the top? month? or week?
Don't over complicate and don't pressure yourself because that is the easiest way to stop
My Yearly Goals
Health/Fitness
Run on treadmill 2x a week
Eat more Fruits and Veggies
Workout at least 2x a week from my work out apps
Relationship
Have Dinner or go out with the Family (1x a month)
Contact or hang out with friends (1x a month)
Go out with my sisters (1x a month)
Business/Career
Get a bonus or raise from work
Work on my website/blog
Find another side hustle
Finances
Invest in stocks, crypto and real estate
Save $100k in my bank account
Be Debt Free
Spiritual/Self Care
Become more active in my Buddhist practice/Chant (2 hours a day)
Find a good Morning routine
Find a good Night time routine
Self Improvement/Personal Life Style
Read 5 books
Learn Korean and Hindi
Travel outside of California
Travel to a new place in California
Travel to another country
Take a class
Learn a new hobby
Retirement
Update your will
check your life insurance
check you savings and account
Find a good retirement plan
